Five Crossings Unit Selections

Thank you for your interest in Five Crossings Kelowna and for submitting your selection form. We will do our best to secure one of your preferred units, however, due to high interest, your Unit Selection is not a guarantee of purchase. Should none of your preferred Five Crossings homes be available, a sales representative will contact you with any available homes that may be suitable to your interests.

You must be registered with your legal name in our contract management system Spark to receive an appointment. Please ensure your details are entered correctly, as this information will convert into your contract.
All purchasers appearing on the contract must register.

Purchaser Registration

Please note:

  • You will only be contacted if you receive an appointment.
  • This appointment will be intended for contract writing only.
  • If you receive a unit, at the time of your appointment, you will be required to provide two forms of government-issued identification, including one photo identification such as a driver’s license, residency card, or passport.
  • An initial deposit of 10% is required at the time of the contract, with a second 10% deposit due on Amendment to the Disclosure.

Due to high demand, please note that homes cannot be guaranteed to be available for purchase during the Unit Selection process. You are highly encouraged to alert us to your five most preferred floorplans for the best opportunity to secure your Five Crossings home.

Please note that not all studio units at Five Crossings come with an available parking space. For those homes that come with a parking space, prices include the cost of one (1) parking space.

Deposit Information
If you receive an appointment for contract writing, in preparation please have certified bank draft for 10% of your total purchase price for the unit you wish to purchase ready on the day of sale. Deposits must be delivered in person or sent by courier to the Five Crossings Presentation Centre – 1181 Sutherland Ave.

Deposits must be made out to: Porter Ramsay LLP – In Trust.
